Dear Laurie,

We have spent a lovely family afternoon up at Tower Bridge. We hadn’t been to this area for a while and our youngest was fascinated with the workings of Tower Bridge. Tower Bridge is also very close to one of the early sites of our church in Horselydown so we also looked at this. Our church, Metropolitan Tabernacle, has had about five sites in five centuries. Its site since the time of Spurgeon has been about two miles from Tower Bridge at Elephant and Castle.
