Our Father in heaven
This child belongs to You.

He has come into this world in need of a heart.
I ask that You would put in him a new heart.

He has come into this world blind.
I ask that You would grant him eyes to see.

He has come into this world deaf.
I ask that You would grant him ears to hear.

He has come into this world a leper without sense or feelings.
I ask that You would cleanse him and make him whole.

He has come into this world dead.
I ask that You would make him alive.

I know that You can do this, and only You can do this.
If You will, You can raise him from the dead and make him whole.

How would I know what You want to do with this child.
I know only one thing: he is here to glorify You, whether willingly or unwillingly.
I ask that You would make him willing,
that he would seek you with his whole heart,
and that in this way, through him You would bless us
who have come into this world in the same condition as he.
